大概算的上是欧美最具生命力的情歌之一了，这首出自颇具传奇色彩的民谣女歌手/词曲作者Carole King的作品，早在1962年就为The Everly Brothers赢得Billboard #6的佳绩，后来Simon & Garfunkle也翻唱过，但是最powerful的翻唱是由来自挪威的pop rock组合A-ha在90年代作出的，A-ha对原来舒缓深情的作品来了一次颠覆性的改造，引入了突出的节奏吉他和鼓点，开头部分的雨声更是伴随着强劲的闪电和雷声，连歌词中的“cloudy sky”都变成了“stormy sky”（在这里可以看到A-ha对歌词的改动，左边是A-ha的版本，右边是原版歌词）。。。难怪“cool”被看作90年代的主题词，呵呵！
